Our highly specialist Chartered Physiotherapist’s are unique as they are also fully qualified Personal Trainers with over 20 years post grad experience. With the combined clinical knowledge and expertise between professions you get the best of both worlds!
Our approach is holistic, which means we try to address all the factors that could be causing your injury or problem. Together with you, your therapist will design and discuss an individualized treatment programme aimed at returning you to wellness as soon as possible and most importantly educate you on future injury prevention.
We recognise that each of our clients is unique, that’s why we provide a comprehensive range of ’hands on’ treatments from shorts courses to extended rehabilitation program tailored to your needs.

Acupuncture
Our physiotherapists are members of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) so you can be assured of our knowledge, understanding and obligations to adhere to the very highest standards of practice. We offer acupuncture as a stand-alone treatment if requested, however as Chartered Physiotherapists we will always carry out a full assessment on your first visit to ensure acupuncture is a suitable treatment for you and your condition. Acupuncture can be used to reduce pain in any musculoskeletal condition.
There is an abundance of good scientific evidence for its effectiveness in relieving:

Sports Massage
Sports massage is deep tissue massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids, breaks down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and increases range of motion. It is used as an injury prevention tool and to aid recovery from sports/training.
